After doing extensive research and for my budget being about $100, I finally found what I think is the best portable speaker for my iPod and Galaxy phone. It ticks all the boxes for me and here's a few things I love about the speaker.

Well I know I hate getting gunk caught up all over my Samsung Galaxy S3.

So what makes this speaker so awesome is it's sensor feature. When your hands are all greased up and you want to pause or change track (either go forward or go back) you simple swipe your hand up or down by the sensor located on the side of the speaker. Cool right!.

Upping the ante a bit is the SimplyVibe SV-X7 (Black) Premium Rechargeable Speaker system. This is a portable MP3/iPhone speaker, but it does not stop there. Small and compact speakers

This Veho M4 is an upgraded version of the highly reputable Veho M3. Improving on the M3 with certain functionality upgrades and now comes equipped with twin speakers. Which in comparison is double that of the M3. But remember that this is a small compact and portable speaker, and for the low price you can't expect that of a speaker for $200. Now with that cleared up, you will get a good quality sound from this small speaker that you can take with you everywhere.

For the rechargeable battery duration, you can expect up to about 5 hours of playback, which isn't bad for a tiny 6.5cm standing MP3 speaker.

The blue LED display is helpful for changing tracks and volume control, but beware that it does produce enough blue light to fill a room, unless this is what your used to sleeping to (blue light) don't expect a dark room when sleeping to this MP3 player speaker.
